Jenny Akerstrom (18671957), a renowned Swedish cooking teacher, published her cookbook in 1929 under the title Prinsessornas Kokbok, dedicating it to three of her celebrated students, the princesses Margaretha of Denmark, Mrtha of Norway, and Astrid of Belgium. Their pictures appear on the cover of the book, as well as on
